No, I am an independent, local Tuk-Tuk driver. When you book through this website, you are booking directly with me, UmToo. You don't have to deal with middlemen, agencies, or random drivers. I will personally be your driver for the entire trip!
My prices are very transparent and affordable. A standard 1-day Sunrise & Small Circle tour is $20, and a 2-day Small & Big Circle tour is $35. For all my tour options and detailed pricing, please check out the Prices page on my website!
I will come to your hotel at 4:30 AM. It is very early, but we need time to buy your Angkor Pass ticket and find a good spot at the reflection pond before the sun comes up.
No, you must buy your own ticket. It is $37 for 1 day, $62 for 3 days, or $72 for 7 days. Do not worry, I will drive you to the official ticket office to buy it before we go to the temples.
My Tuk-Tuk is big and comfortable! I can easily fit up to 4 adults in the back.
Yes, of course! Siem Reap gets very hot, so I always have an ice cooler in my Tuk-Tuk with lots of free cold bottled water and cold towels for you all day.
Yes, the temple guards are very strict about this. You must cover your shoulders and your knees. Please do not wear tank tops or short shorts, or they will not let you go inside.
Because the new Siem Reap Angkor International Airport (SAI) is very far from the city (about 43 kilometers), I cannot pick you up in my Tuk-Tuk. The ride is just too long and dusty for an open-air vehicle. Instead, you can take the official airport shuttle bus (about $8) or an airport taxi (about $35) directly to your hotel. We can then start our Tuk-Tuk tour from your hotel!
Usually it is about 6 to 8 hours. If we do the sunrise tour, we start at 4:30 AM and usually finish around lunchtime or early afternoon.
Yes, of course! You are the boss. You can choose which temples to see and how long you want to stay at each one. I will wait patiently outside for you.
I accept cash (US Dollars or Cambodian Riel) at the end of our tour. Please make sure your US dollar bills are clean and not torn, because in Cambodia banks will not accept old or damaged bills.
No, I am only your driver. I am not allowed to go inside the temples with you to guide. But I know the temple routes very well, and I will tell you where to walk. If you want a real history guide, I can help you find a good licensed one!
When you feel hungry, just let me know! I will drive you to a clean, local restaurant near the temples where you can rest and eat good Cambodian food.
Yes, if your hotel is not too far away. But the temples are very big, so driving back and forth takes a lot of your exploring time. Most people like to finish the tour first and then go back to rest.
